Chatting with Everett

Everett is talking up a storm these days! He "agoo's" and giggles and grins constantly when awake. LOVE that sweet baby!

He was getting a bit tired here - and his attention is focused on that big black phone in Mommy's hand - but he's still chatting. He really likes attention, eye contact, and soft talking.



Poor Brent has played second fiddle as of late - Everett is going through quite the Mommy only phase. He refuses bottles and we don't use pacifiers unless in the car. I'm pretty sure Brent feels a little rejected during the day - but smiles in sweet dreams during the 3AM feedings...I'm kidding, lest you forget our 2 night owls down the hall - don't think Dada catches a break just because he's not been blessed with dinner plates. We're getting through though. The "big kids" are generally sleeping better and Everett only wakes 2 or 3 times per night. Honestly, after Mary Louise and David's night time fiascos - I didn't believe babies could do that!
